Orders
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at care@withinourhome.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We'll work to resolve this issue promptly.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, our processing may have begun. For any assistance, please reach out to our customer support team at care@withinourhome.com.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don't offer gift wrapping at this time, but our minimalist packaging is designed to complement any gift-wrapping style.
Shipping
What is my shipping option?
We provide free standard shipping for orders totaling $80 SGD or more. For orders below $80 SGD, we have a flat rate shipping fee of $5 SGD. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days upon confirmation.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this moment, we do not offer internationally shipping.
